SIOPS Soft Solutions distributes and develops software solutions, including certain open-source tools and components, in good faith and for lawful purposes only. Any open-source software, frameworks, or tools provided by SIOPS Soft Solutions are supplied “as is” and subject to their respective open-source licenses. While SIOPS Soft Solutions may customize, configure, or deploy such tools for clients, any subsequent modification, alteration, redistribution, repurposing, or misuse of such software by the end user or any third party shall be solely the responsibility of the end user. SIOPS Soft Solutions shall not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any claims, damages, losses, legal proceedings, penalties, or liabilities arising out of or related to modifications or uses of the software beyond its originally delivered and intended lawful purpose.
SIOPS Soft Solutions expressly prohibits and does not design, develop, produce, distribute, or facilitate any software, system, platform, or website that contributes to or enables fraudulent activities, impersonation, identity misrepresentation, hacking, unauthorized system access, unlawful surveillance, data harvesting without consent, or any form of cybercrime. SIOPS Soft Solutions further does not engage in the creation or facilitation of systems intended to support personal vendettas, harassment, defamation, or targeted harm against any individual or entity. Additionally, SIOPS Soft Solutions does not develop, host, or distribute software or platforms intended for the production, facilitation, or distribution of erotic content, unlawful materials, or any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
Although SIOPS Soft Solutions produces lawful, compliant, and authentic software solutions and may provide source code to clients as part of its contractual obligations, any alterations, customizations, integrations, or deployments performed by the client or third parties after delivery that result in unlawful conduct, regulatory violations, misuse, or harm shall be the sole responsibility of the client. Under no circumstances shall SIOPS Soft Solutions be responsible for legal consequences, claims, or damages resulting from client-initiated modifications or uses that deviate from the originally intended lawful scope of the software. The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SIOPS Soft Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to the client’s modification, misuse, unlawful deployment, or redistribution of the software.
